Velux Roof Windows
Let the light into your Bristol home
Whether you’re planning a loft conversion, an extension or simply need to brighten a room that lacks natural light, Velux roof windows are an excellent solution.
A Velux window sits flush with the roof, introducing daylight and fresh air into lofts, bedrooms and converted spaces. For areas where a conventional window isn’t possible, such as a hallway, bathroom or kitchen, a skylight achieves the same effect by bringing light in from above. Both make a room feel larger, brighter and more inviting, and the added daylight can reduce your reliance on artificial lighting, helping to keep energy costs down.
At Tom’s Roofing and Property Maintenance, we fit Velux windows and skylights as standalone installations and as part of loft conversions, extensions and new builds. With over 15 years of experience, we install every window to a high standard and ensure it is fully weatherproofed, so you enjoy the light without the leaks.
Our Velux Window and Roof Window Service
We supply and fit new Velux windows for both pitched and flat roofs, whatever the size of the job. Whether you need a single window to brighten one room or several for a full loft conversion, we’ll advise on the right size, style and position for the space. Each window is installed to a high standard and sealed into the roof, so it’s watertight from day one.
If an existing roof window is leaking, draughty or misting up, we can replace it and inspect the surrounding roof at the same time. Skylights and roof windows are an excellent solution for dark hallways, bathrooms, kitchens and extensions where a conventional window isn’t possible, and we install them as part of loft conversions, extensions and new builds.
With over 15 years of experience, we pay close attention to every detail, from the flashing on the roof to the finish inside, and we leave the property clean and tidy on completion.
